The lack of variety in meal options was disappointing, and the allocated meal times felt restrictive and inconvenient.

stayed at don juan for 7 nights, great position just 3 to 4 minutes from the beach. the breakfast for €12 was very good, and the superior double room was spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom. would definitely return.

Our stay was quite a mix at the Don Juan in Tossa de Mar. The location, just a couple of minutes from the beach, is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the huge balcony in our Superior Double Room, which was a lovely spot to relax. The room itself was clean and had decent housekeeping throughout our visit. Internet was reliable, which was great since I needed to check in with work. But, the bathroom was rather cramped. the layout felt awkward with the glass door that didn't shut properly. It didn't provide the privacy we hoped for. The hotel experience was marred by some rude staff members. We encountered abrupt interactions during meals, especially during breakfast and dinner. The dining options were fairly limiting, failing to cater to diverse dietary needs. We often found ourselves dining outside after a couple of disappointing attempts at the hotel restaurant. Plus, the pool area could really use some TLC. the edges had visible mold, making it feel less inviting. At least the rooftop terrace had some nice sunbeds for soaking up the sun.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, from the vibrant evenings filled with live entertainment to the clean and spacious Superior Suite that included a coffee maker and a fridge. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring freshly prepared items that provided a wonderful start to our day. the pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind, despite needing a little update. A minor improvement could be made in terms of staff responsiveness during busy hours, as some interactions were slower than we would have liked.

We had a comfortable 14-night stay. The room was clean and featured English channels on the television. The food was delicious with excellent variety for breakfast and dinner. Monica at reception was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance. The ability to enjoy drinks from the mini bar was a nice touch. 😊
